About Us

Art at the heart of the CommunityAt Spider Arts we believe in the power of creativity and we know that art can transform people's lives dramatically. Our team of highly experienced, amazingly creative artists are passionate about what they do and work hard to enable others to awaken their creativity and discover the benefits of having art at the heart of their lives.

Mission: ‘Art at the Heart of
the Community’

Our mission is to provide opportunities for people to engage creatively with others and realise their potential and that of their community by working together.

We aim to positively enhance the wellbeing of the people we work with by inspiring their creativity and facilitating access to the arts.

We believe creativity has the power to change individuals, families, communities & the environment; but we realise that we cannot affect change on a wider scale without first engaging and empowering the individual. That is why we practise a person-centred approach that embraces individuality and celebrates diversity.

We aim to support those we work with to unleash their creativity and effect change within their own lives and inspire others.
